The first Hamburger Blog is born
As long as i remember my self i loved eating hamburgers, even my younger brother Or loves hamburgers, as this is something i can not fight as it is obviously embedded in my genes i decided to do a public service and start a blog of where you can find some of the best hamburgers.
As i live in Vancouver Canada i think i should start at home.
First thing that comes into mind when you hear about a hamburger is Macondald's which usually brings some negative connotations with it.
I have to agree fast food burgers are not only not healthy for you but taste like card board compared to the burgers i will be posting about in this blog.
I will try to film a few short videos and post some pictures as this blog evolves, at no means do I consider my self to be a "foodie" or some one with an amazing palate.
I do however know how to recognize a good burger...
I will have to start with the burger who actually changed my opinion about hamburgers in general.
Blog number 1:
I think this burger deserves to be mentioned in the first burgerblog as it has been the best burger i have had in Vancouver so far.
You can find this burger in a lovely french german restaurant on Davie street called La Brasserie.
The exact address is 1091 Davie street Vancouver BC, www.labrasserievancouver.com
I wont take the credit for finding this burger my self but will have to hand it out to my good friend Douglas.
He has been exploring the Vancouver food scene way before I thought about creating a food blog.
Now lets talk burgers.
Their burger comes with fries and the posted price on their manu is $17 CAD.
As some will say thy perfect burger needs to be medium rare and i will have to agree on that, every time i ate in La Brasserie the burger was cooked to perfection.
Their fries are crispy and always made freshly.
The burger it self comes with aged cheddar, bacon ( which i did not try ) , crispy onions and truffled iolis.
The bun is as fluffy as a cloud which i think plays a major role in the overall rating.
The meat can be cooked in any way you want but i would recommend to have it cooked medium well and tastes amazing.

I wont be writing about the atmosphere in the restaurants i eat in as this blog is all about the search for the best burgers in town.
Thank you for reading.
